     If an appointment is cancelled or rearranged with less than 12hrs notice it will be charged      in full

     Un notified or missed appointments will be charged in full

      All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times

     We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any dog which shows signs of      infectious /      contagious diseases

     Owners must inform us if conditions diagnosed by their veterinary surgeon worsen or if      their veterinary surgeon gives advise to stop treatment

     Please make sure that your dog has had a good opportunity to relieve
     itself prior to treatment.

     Hydrotherapy

          Dogs will not be allowed to swim without prior authorisation from their vet

          Dogs MUST NOT BE FED FOR 3 HOURS PRIOR TO TREATMENT

          A £15 surcharge will be imposed on any dog that defecates in the pool (with the           exception of incontinent dogs)

          We reserve the right to close the pool without prior notice (eg to allow thorough cleaning           of the facilities should any dog defecate in the pool)

          Do not bring dogs for hydrotherapy if:

               They have been exposed to an infectious disease eg kennel cough

               They have an open wound

               They are suffering from vomiting or diarrhoea

                They are in season

               They have parasites, fleas mange, mites.

               They have any skin complaint which could be aggravated by chlorinated water, unless                on the vets advice

Owners and animals use these facilities at their own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for any injury suffered by owners or animals whilst visiting our premises.
